Connect WooCommerce to Subbu to keep orders, products, and inventory in sync—automatically and in real time.

This guide walks you through the full setup.


Step 1 - Add WooCommerce as a Channel in Subbu


  1. In Subbu, click Channels in the main menu.

  2. Click Add Channel.

  3. From the Channel dropdown, select WooCommerce.

  4. Enter a name for your WooCommerce store.

  5. In the End Point field, enter your store URL (e.g., https://yourstore.com).

  6. Tick Install After Creating.

  7. Click CREATE.



Step 2 - Set the WooCommerce API Endpoint


  1. In Subbu, set the WooCommerce v3 API End Point when prompted.



Step 3 - Create API Keys in WooCommerce


  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin dashboard.

  2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.

  3. Click Add Key.

  4. Give your API key a name (e.g., “Subbu Integration”).

  5. Assign it to the appropriate user.

  6. Set permissions to Read/Write.

  7. Click Generate API Key.



Step 4 - Add Keys to Subbu


  1. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from WooCommerce.

  2. Paste them into the matching fields in Subbu.



Step 5 - Finalise the Connection

  1. In Subbu, click Install WebHooks to complete setup.

  2. Your WooCommerce store should now be fully connected and syncing with Subbu.

1. In Subbu click on Channels


2. Click on Add Channel


3. Select WooCommerce from the Channel Dropdown


4. Enter the name of your WooCommerce Store


5. Enter your store URL in the End Point field


6. Check Install After Creating


7. Click on CREATE 




8.  Set the WooCommerce v3 API End Point



9. Login to the WordPress administration portal



10.  WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API



11. Click Add Key



12.  Give the Key a name, assign a user and set the permissions to Read/Write



13. Copy and paste the consumer key and consumer secret into the fields below:
