Keeping your product inventory up-to-date across all your sales channels is crucial for smooth operations. Subbu simplifies this process by allowing you to easily sync products from your e-commerce shopping channels directly into the system. This document will walk you through the steps to sync all, single, or multiple products from your selected sales channel into Subbu.
Whether you're launching new items or updating existing ones, this guide will help ensure that your Subbu inventory is accurate and synchronised with your online store. Follow the steps bellow to get started.
1. Select the Channel: Begin by selecting the channel from which you need to sync the new products.
2. Access Product Mappings: Click on the "Product Mappings" option.
3. Manage Channel Products: Click on "Manage Channel Products" to proceed.
Sync All Products
- If you want to sync all products, choose the option to sync all. This will sync every product from the selected channel.
Sync a Single Product
- If you only need to sync a specific product, find that product in the list.
- On the right side, you’ll see an arrow sync function. Click on this to access the sync option.
- In the pop-up, leave the tick boxes as they are and click the "Synchronize" button.
Sync Multiple Products
- To sync multiple products, find the products you want to sync and tick the checkboxes next to them.
- These products will be added to the sync list.
- Once all desired products are selected, scroll to the top and click the "Sync" button.
4. Confirm and Synchronise:
- A pop-up will appear, showing the number of products you've selected for synchronisation.
- If the count is correct, click "Synchronise".
5. Check Sync Status:
- After synchronization, the system will indicate whether the sync was successful (green) or failed (red).
6. Close the Process: Click "CLOSE" to finish the syncing process.
7. Verify Inventory:
- Navigate to the "Inventory" section.
- You will now see your stock available in Subbu.
