# Failed order in the WMS
Note: this will only work with Failed orders in the WMS; you are not able to update orders that have already been accepted into the WMS.
1. If there is a failed order in the WMS

2. It will tell you the reason why

3. In SUBBU if you go to orders

4. Select the order

5. The order details will display

6. At the bottom you will see the SKUs un-tick the SKU that had the error

7. Click the sync button and then the Notify button to push the update to the wms

8. Click on CLOSE

# The Order in the WMS
9. This will push the order into the WMS without the SKU that caused the fail

10. Only the available SKUs will be available on this order

# Adding a new SKU to a Failed order in the WMS
11. You can replace a failed SKU with a different on in Shopify

# In yourShopify
12. Add the new SKU in on the Shopify Order

#Head to Subbu
13. In SUBBU go to orders

14. Find the order and open it

15. Click on SYNC…

16. Your new SKU will appear

17. un-tick the failed SKU

18. Click on Notify to push this through to the WMS

# In the WMS
19.The order will now have the new SKU and the failed SKU will not be part of this order
