The Subbu Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of key business metrics to help you monitor and manage your operations effectively. Each tile displays specific statistics related to orders, inventory, and channel performance. This guide explains the purpose and content of each tile.
Order Statistics
Total Orders
Displays the total number of orders placed within the selected time frame.
Revenue
Shows the total revenue generated from all orders during the selected period.
Units
Represents the total number of individual items sold across all orders.
Un-Acknowledged
Indicates the number of orders that have not yet been acknowledged or processed.
To be Fulfilled
Lists the total number of orders still pending fulfillment.
To be Shipped
Shows the number of orders ready to be shipped but not yet dispatched.
Managed Product Statistics
Managed Inventory
Represents the total count of inventory items recognized as 'managed' by the WMS based on the mapped SKUs
Mapped SKUs
Displays the number of SKUs that are mapped into Subbu.
Active SKUs
Indicates the number of SKUs currently active in Subbu.
Channel Statistics
Total Channels
Shows the total number of sales channels (e.g., e-commerce platforms) connected to Subbu.
Active Channels
Represents the number of channels actively syncing data and processing orders.
Time Frame Selection: Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to adjust the time period for the displayed statistics.
Credits Remaining: Indicates how many credits are left for performing specific system actions, such as processing orders.
