Connecting a delivery partner in Subbu allows you to integrate with a companies that uses the Navigator platform. Once connected, Subbu can communicate directly with the partner’s system to streamline booking and tracking of consignments.

Follow the steps below to add and configure a Navigator partner.


Step 1: Access Channels

From the Subbu dashboard, navigate to the Channels section.



Step 2: Add a New Channel

Click on Add New Channel.



Step 3: Choose Delivery Partner

Click on Delivery Partner from the list of available channel types.



Step 4: Begin the Connection Process

Select I Have an Account and Want to Connect Now.



Step 5: Connect to Partner

Click on Connect to start entering connection details.



Step 6: Enter Partner URL

Input the URL provided by your Courier Navigator partner.



Step 7: Enter API Key

Enter the API Key supplied by your Courier Navigator partner for integration.



Step 8: Save Connection Details

Click Save Changes to store your connection settings.



Step 9: Access the Navigator Channel

In the left-hand menu, click on New Navigator to access the newly added channel.



Step 10: Open Configuration

Click on Configuration to edit and finalise the setup.



Step 11: Name the Configuration

Give this channel a clear name, such as your partner’s company name (e.g., “ABC Logistics”).



Step 12: Set Channel as Active

Ensure the Active toggle is enabled to make the integration live.



Step 13: Finalise Setup

Click Save to complete the configuration.
