Knowledge Base

1. Click on Channels.

2. Click on ADD NEW CHANNEL.

3. Click on Sales Channel.

4. Select the shopify store type.

Simple – Will be for basic stores with only one location.

Fulfilment- this is for multi location stores.

GraphQL – this is a new API best for multiple locations. but can be used for Simple.

5. Click on CONNECT.

6. Enter your store endpoint. https://{shop}.myshopify.com.

example: https://my_shop.myshopify.com. then click Set.

7. Click on CONFIGURE CUSTOM APP.

Make sure you logged into your Shopify store with adminn privileges as when you select configure it will take you to shopify.

8. In Shopify if its not allowed select Allow Custom app development.

9. Click on Allow custom app development to confirm.

10. Click on Create an app.

11. Give the app a name (Subbu).

12. Click create app.

13. Click on Configuration.

14. Click on Configure.

15. Check write_customers

16. Check write/read_assigned_fulfillment_orders.

17. Check write/read_fulfillments.

18. Check write/read_inventory.

19. Check read_locations.

20. Check write/read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders.

21. Check write/read_orders.

22. Check write/read_products.

23. Click on Save.

24. Click on API credentials

25. Click on Install app.

26. Click on Install.

27. Click on Reveal token once.

28. Copy the Tocken.

29. In Subbu past the token and clicked 'set'.

30. Click on CONFIGURE WEBHOOKS & GET PRIMARY LOCATION ID.

31. Click on the channel.

32. Click on Configuration.

33. Give your Channel a name.

34. Check Channel Active if required.

35. Set the Synchronize product levels across all channels on new order(s) if you have multi channels that stock needs to sync with.

36. Set Multi Locations (Only for stores with multi-location inventory)..

37. Set Location sync interval.

38. Set Order Synchronisation Interval.

39. Set Product Synchronisation Interval.

40. Set the start date you want orders and products to start syncing from.

41. Click on SAVE.
