The Order Management screen in Subbu allows you to monitor, manage, and take action on all your store orders from one central place. Here's a breakdown of each element on the screen to help you navigate and operate efficiently.
Top Navigation & Search
Search Bar: Use this to find orders quickly by reference number or customer name.
Pagination Controls: Navigate through multiple pages of orders.
Filter by Status Dropdown: Refine your view by selecting one or multiple order statuses (e.g. New, Acknowledged, Shipped).
Order Table
Each row represents an individual order. The columns display key order details:
Reference - Shows the order number and creation date/time.
Format:
Order - XXXXX
with timestamp.
Status
Displays the current state of the order
New: Order just in and no actions have been taken.
Acknowledged: Order reviewed or accepted for processing.
Shipped: Order dispatched.
Orders also show a Ready badge indicating they are ready for the next step.

Icons beside the status may include:

Name and destination of the recipient.
Includes a country flag and city for visual reference.
Shipping
Shows the selected shipping method (e.g. Standard – Upto 5KG / 1M).
Displays the shipping cost (e.g. 5.99 GBP).

Indicates total number of items and lines.
Displays the total value of the order in GBP.
