If you're a courier using Navigator, you can now offer seamless job booking and label generation to your eCommerce clients through our Subbu platform.

By preparing your Navigator service codes, you’ll enable Subbu users to automatically book jobs and print labels as new orders come in from their online store. No portals, no manual booking.

How It Works

When a retailer connects to your courier company via Subbu:

  1. Their store sends new orders to Subbu in real time.

  2. Subbu automatically books these orders into your Navigator system using your predefined API service codes.

  3. A carrier label is returned to the retailer for printing and dispatch.

Creating Navigator API Service Codes For Subbu

To ensure a smooth connection with Subbu, you’ll need to define API service codes in your Navigator system for each of the delivery services you offer (e.g. Next Day, Standard, etc.).

  • These codes should reflect the services you provide.

  • When a Subbu user connects with your company, these services will be pulled automatically into their dashboard.

  • This allows instant booking with no configuration needed on their end.

Please Note* The naming and configuration of service codes must match the service selected on the e-commerce platfrom (e.g. Express)

Label Support

Subbu supports carrier label generation in all standard Navigator formats. If you’re unsure whether your current label template is compatible, refer to:
