Connect your BigCommerce store to Subbu to keep orders, products, and inventory in sync—automatically and in real time. This guide walks you through the full setup


Step 1 – Add BigCommerce as a Channel in Subbu

  1. In Subbu, click Channels in the main menu.

  2. Click Add Channel.

  3. From the Channel dropdown, select BigCommerce.



Step 2 – Name the Store and Enter Endpoint

  1. Enter a name for your BigCommerce store. 

  2. In the End Point field, enter your store’s URL.

  3. Tick Install After Creating.

  4. Click CREATE.



Step 3 – Generate API Credentials in BigCommerce

  1. Log into your BigCommerce admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Advanced Settings → API Accounts.

  3. Click Create API Accounts and choose Create V2/V3 API Token.



Step 4 – Enter API Details in Subbu

  1. Copy the API Path (End Point) from BigCommerce and paste it into Subbu.

  2. Set the following permissions:

    • Orders: modify

    • Order Transactions: modify

    • Products: modify

    • Get Payment Methods: read‑only

  3. Click Save, then copy the required values (token, client ID, etc.) from BigCommerce.

1. In Subbu click on Channels


2. Click on Add Channel


3. Select Big Commerce from the Channel Dropdown


4. Enter the name of your Big Commerce Store


5. Enter your store URL in the End Point field


6. Check Install After Creating


7. Click on CREATE 




8.  Log into Big Commerce admin dashboard.



9. Navigate to Advanced Settings > API Accounts.



10.  Click Create API Accounts and select Create V2/V3 API Token.


11. Copy & paste the API Path (End Point) into Subbu

13. Click Save then copy the following values
