Connect your BigCommerce store to Subbu to keep orders, products, and inventory in sync—automatically and in real time. This guide walks you through the full setup
Step 1 – Add BigCommerce as a Channel in Subbu
In Subbu, click Channels in the main menu.
Click Add Channel.
From the Channel dropdown, select BigCommerce.
Step 2 – Name the Store and Enter Endpoint
Enter a name for your BigCommerce store.
In the End Point field, enter your store’s URL.
Tick Install After Creating.
Click CREATE.
Step 3 – Generate API Credentials in BigCommerce
Log into your BigCommerce admin dashboard.
Navigate to Advanced Settings → API Accounts.
Click Create API Accounts and choose Create V2/V3 API Token.
Step 4 – Enter API Details in Subbu
Copy the API Path (End Point) from BigCommerce and paste it into Subbu.
Set the following permissions:
Orders: modify
Order Transactions: modify
Products: modify
Get Payment Methods: read‑only
Click Save, then copy the required values (token, client ID, etc.) from BigCommerce.

7. Click on CREATE

11. Copy & paste the API Path (End Point) into Subbu
12. Set the following permissions
- Orders: modify

- Products: modify
- Get Payment Methods: read-only
13. Click Save then copy the following values
